My favorite day of the week is Thursday because that's the day of the Brokers Caravan (for this side of town at least). Simply put, a Brokers Caravan is a designated time usually between 10 to 2 where agents hold open houses for other agents to preview their listings. And for the higher end homes and estates, its typical for agents to hold what we call a "twilight showing," where cocktails and appetizers are commonly served during this type of viewing. The Brokers Caravan is a great way for agents to meet other fellow industry professionals and from an agent standpoint, when you're doing a deal and you have a good relationship with the agent on the other side of that deal, it can make those transactions run a lot smoother. But like I said earlier, the best part of all of this is the experience of being able to walk through some of L.A.'s hottest architecture.
